We have built this website as a support for schools. If you see a need for a change, please feel free to contact us.

The report cards are arranged by grades. All of the programs and documents required are listed for download under each grade. There are some forms that are specific for each grade, while others that are for all grades. English, French Immersion and Learning Disabilities Resource Program report cards are listed below.

The Personal and Social Growth Rubrics are now available in Word format and are attached to the bottom of this page.

Electronic Report Card Application [Macintosh only]

Download the Application [Version 3] double click file to unzip once downloaded

The Electronic Report Card Builder [Bundle] is now available as a single download from this page. The application is Macintosh based and will run on the teacher provided laptops. The application has been updated for the 2009/2010 academic year. The single biggest change is that it is now an integrated program that allows teachers to choose which grade/s or program to produce reports for. All teachers should download and use this updated version. Please note that there is now a individual reports for Grades 1, 2 and 3. Also note that the Discovery Preschool Report, Pre-K and FIAP reports are included in the bundle.

Once the file has been downloaded to your desktop double click it to unzip. Once unzipped a folder should appear on your desktop. Below is a picture of what the folder should display. The eRP_Mac_V1B shortcut is provided to launch the application. Once launched you will see the screen above from which you can select the report application to run.
